Our Story

Founded by Dean & Kathryn Tapie in 2014

Pacific West Credit was born from a simple but powerful mission: to help everyday people take back control of their financial future through credit restoration.

With over 30 years of real estate experience, Kathryn Tapie saw firsthand how credit issues were preventing hardworking families from buying homes. She knew something had to change — and she acted.

Along with her husband Dean Tapie, who brings a strong background in financing and in-depth knowledge of the FICO® model, the two launched PWC from their home in Orange, California.

What began as a small, two-person operation serving friends and family quickly grew into one of Southern California's most trusted and legally compliant credit repair companies.

In 2014, she launched Pacific West Credit to ensure that no one would be denied opportunity due to past financial hardship.
